Gateway for VRIDDHI  software :- Main Gateway for – "VRIDDHI" School & College Management System – The Interface is designed to provide easy access to all modules available in the software. The Institutional Head/Principal/Director as well as Education Officer or Administrators, Teachers, Office Clerks, Registrar, Librarian and Students can interact with the VRIDDHI software through this Gateway. This gateway is an integration of six major modules and two most power full Administrative Tools and one M.I.S. (Management Information System).

 

Modules Available with VRIDDHI Software:-

     VRIDDHI Administration:- Designed to facilitate the user to setup the software as per the need of educational institutions.  This tool is preferably used to setup general rules and regulation based on which software works and satisfy user demand.

     M.I.S.(Management Information System):-This administrative tool is designed to summaries all data transacted in all five major modules of VRIDDHI software. “Vriddhi M.I.S.” is a very powerful tool for administrator to obtain real time information from all modules of the software. The MIS screen gets refreshed automatically with time interval of every 15 minutes and delivers  fresh summarized data on desktop for every 15 minutes. This helps you to keep Updated Financial & Administrative Information without touching the keyboard. This M.I.S. tool will show you Fee Category Wise Statistical Report, Current Transaction Details, Current Admission Status, Cast Category Wise Statistical Report, Admission fee Summary Report, Library Details etc. This module helps you to know exact status of admitted & vacant seats of any class, Details of fee collected, Class Wise, Cast Category Wise, Fee Category Wise etc.

    Student Module:– The module is designed to meet every need of a college office to comply all academic & financial transaction. This module is designed to execute all steps during admission process for any of the class/course/faculty of the institution. It allows to process academic record of students throughout their academic carrier. One can prepare merit list of the student and can process his/her academic & financial data to admit the student. Once the student gets admitted in the college/school, further all his/her academic & financial records are made available in all other modules of the software. Librarian can access student’s data in library, can prepare his/her library membership based on his admission information, can prepare ID card of the student, can snap student’s photo for library card using scanner or web camera. Software will generate barcode for each student on his ID card for library transaction.

     How Student Module works? Separate menu provided to prepare merit list and waiting list. Admission procedure can be bound together with merit system. However, the institute can bypass this process and can perform admission process without any restriction from merit list. The choice is in your hand now !  Admission procedure is so simplified that during rush hours, applicant of any class and category can get admission through any one of the terminal on the network without effecting roll call sequence and other subsequent registers. Now there is no need to remember various complicated fee structure, last assigned roll number and sanctioned strength of the class for grant & non-grant course, previous year information of the student etc. The system will take care of everything. Once admission process is completed, all relevant details of the students for eligibility, scholarship section, TC / LC , Library, Examination Department of the institution are made available for respective office staff  in the college on his desktop.

     Does it allow to change faculty & subject of the student after admission? Once the admission is confirmed, student can change their faculty. Upon changing or cancelling of admission, the fee ledger & other subsequent information will automatically get updated. Balance fee or deposit can be collected or refunded accordingly through software without effecting daybook balances.

     Is it possible to issue T.C. / L.C. Certificate using Vriddhi? Due to the integration of admission system with other modules, while issuing T.C. or L.C., the software will collect final information from library transaction & dues pending with the student. This helps clerk to deep the track of any dues of pending amount lying with the student. The manual library dues & fee clearance process is substituted with online clearance to print T.C. or L.C. quickly using Vriddhi.

     What is Back Office? Detail information like address, gender, last year information, and subject opted by the student, cast category details, scholarship form details, eligibility form details  is to be entered using “Back Office”  facility of the software. Current and Last academic year information of the student can be easily accessible through a single navigation screen. To enhance the speed of operator it carries single button option which is use to pick up some common information of applicant as it is for current year from his previous record.

     Examination Management:-User can process Examination form of the students, can issue examination fee receipt to a student and can also Print Examination Hall Ticket with student’s photo duly printed on hall ticket. The examination form of Regular, Repeater & External students can be processed through the software. User can generate mark sheet/result of a student, progress report of a student, examination seating arrangement slip for examination hall.  You can keep the track of the student who have confirmed admission but not submitted their application form of the examination. It helps in preparing necessary reports required for effective management of the examination department.

     Library Management – Can reduces complex work of a librarian effectively. Now library management & accessing is at your finger tips. Librarian doesn’t have to perform repetitive data entry for any employee or students for his library membership. One the library membership is allotted to a students or employee he/she cannot escape from your institution keeping any dues pending with library. Book circulation and accessioning is now possible using barcode.  Each library member can access his/her library account using his/her barcode printed on ID card. This module is supported with OPAC tool for the student. This will reduce need of traditional catalogue system. If you have multiple libraries in the college, all such libraries can be linked together on a common platform with a single database. Book search in a selected library or in all libraries is now more simplified.  There is separate Accession Register for both Book & Periodicals. You can open unlimited number of accession registers in a single library.

    OPAC :– This is tool or console provided to access information of a library item. This terminal helps library members as well as student to obtained answers to their queries. It can be your online guide for every query related with admission & library. “OPAC” (Online Public Access Console) is one more feather in a cap to minimize the need of enquiry counter. Just enter the keyword and press a search button, the system will search the appearance of the keyword within Author, within Publisher, within Supplier, Year of publication, within Subject, Language, Class Number, Material Type, and Physical Media etc. so that any library item can be searched easily by OPAC.

    Computerization in Library: All library work like Accessioning, Serial Control & Circulation is included in software. After accessioning, the books or periodicals is ready for circulation. Highly demanded library items can be reserved by the members. Librarian can define number of reservation & reservation period of each member group. Daily report on reserve materials & expired reservation list can be obtained from the software. During circulation the software will take care of Reservation, Book Issuing Limit, and Renewal Limit & Fine for late receipt or loss of book. You can print Accession Register, Membership Register, book Issue Register, Reservation Register, Binding Register, Fine & Write-Off Registers. Book Card- Title wise-Author wise-Language wise subject wise Class no. wise & Budget wise are available. The “Statistical Information Report” Gives a complete idea of the library usage.

      Discarding library material and maintaining it’s record: In the case of loss, damage, torn, missing, change in syllabus and unused items, a Write-Off menu is available to discard it from accession register. Separate Write-Off Register will be maintained. Verification Register is available to verify physical stock of materials in the library.

      Payroll :– Before using payroll only a few setup is to be carried out as per the directives issued by Pay Commission of India. One can setup his own allowances & deduction heads with different calculation. For each pay sheet head, user can fix a formula for calculating the amount under the particular pay sheet head. The module generates pay sheet & pay slip for all types of employees like Permanent, Temporary, Fix Pay & C.H.B.  Once the master record of employee has been setup, generating a pay sheet is just a key press away. Software will automatically search next increment date, pay fixation date, retirement date of employee & warning message for such record will be displayed. Operator can choose “Yes or No” option to implement this additional benefit to a employee.  If user makes any mistake in defining formula or if deduction limit exceeds, software will guide the user properly. You can verify all the transaction & correct them or roll back pay sheet within a second to recalculate your pay sheet for a given month.  Preparation of Employee record & calculation of salary details is now a just “One Click” job. It provides various tools in the hands of operator to generate  a Salary Budget, Regular Pay Sheet of the institute.  It can generate Form -16 for each individual employee. The software keeps the track of PF, LIC and other important deduction of an employee.  Once the employee joins your institutions, further his library account will be automatically maintained by the software. The Module is integrated with Library Module. Software do not allow any user to print relieving order of any employee while his/her dues or book pending with library .

      Account & Finance Management:- The Account Module is carrying the feature to meet the need of any non profit making organization like educational institutes or a trust. All type of transactions such as Receipt/Payment/Journal Proper/ Contra Voucher transaction can be performed through a single interface. Books of account such as Receipt and Payment A/C, Income & Expenditure A/C., Balance sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Ledger A/C. maintenance, Voucher Printing etc are available through this module. This module can be linked with Admission activity or can also be used as independent Module. The module generates important reports for administrator for easy financial management. The software provides a year end process which makes happy ending of a financial year. Each voucher updates ledger balance. Day Book, Receipt & Payment Account, Income & Expenditure Account, Trail Balance & Balance sheet are available. You can prepare individual ledger extract, account statements & Reconciliation of account.

      Hostel Management :– Easiest way to manage hostel in campus.  One can maintain admission fee structure of a hostel as per local need. Hostel admission can be performed through this Module. One can keep the track of hostel occupancy, vacancy, room status, hostel fee pending register, hostel attendance report, room transfer report etc.

At the time of installation site support engineer will install the server and client application at the user end. Initial software parameter setting is done as per the need of your institution.  Full onsite training will be conducted for the user /college staff.  Once the software starts and user is confident about the menu and report options available in the software, for any further quires, modification and training our team of experts will conduct online training session as per user’s comfort.  Our team of experts can take control of user desktop from remote location as per the user’s demand.
