VRIDDHI Administration Module: This module is to be operated by System Administrator only. This is used for master creation & settings for institution in VRIDDHI as per your need. This menu is used to Add, Edit , Deleted and to set faculty like Arts, Commerce, Science, Post Graduate, under graduate, Eng. Diploma, Degree, Management, Junior College, Senior College, High School etc run by college. Courses like. B.A., B.Com, L.L.B., D.Ed., B.Ed. etc. As well as it is used to open Trusts account, to open Institute, Sections, Fee Categories, Caste Categories, Hostels, Hostler's Categories, Room's Categories and Client user with predefined rights to handle the matter.
Student Module: This Module provides working environment related to the Admission & other activity related with students. Clark can reduce their work burden effectively by more than 75%. It allow to prepare merit list before admission, after admission, Examinations Application Form Processing, Issuance of receipt for any type of financial transaction, Processing Eligibility applications form and all related functions. To prepare scholarships bill & Awards, EBC bills and award, issue TC/LC and bonafide certificate to the student.
Examination Management: Provides tools to the user to process examination form & subject data of the students, all examination Fee Heads & fee Structures are user definable, Separate Day books option for Examination, generates all reports required by University Examination department, Exam fee Receipt & Examination Hall Ticket can be generated through this software.
Employee Module: This module is used to process all financial information of employees to prepare salary & other reports. If all data is entered correctly, every tedious calculation of hundreds of employee can be finished within a second. Software automatically detects retirement, increment dated if any & displays warning message, if any, before committing final records.
Library Module: Library is integrated with Student & Employee module. With multilingual facility which supports English, "Sanskrit" & "Devnagry" Script. It has library functions like Accessing, Serial Control & Circulation. On-line snapping of photographs for Library Member's using web camera is added feature in the library module. It also facilitate user to print ID card. Interface device like Bar code Reader & Printer can be configured with library functions for circulation. Entirely independent privileges can be defined for each type of library member to have full control over circulation & auto calculation of library fine. It includes defining of Accession Registers, Standards, Material Collection, Material Types, Budget Heads, Member Types, Publishers, authors and Suppliers etc. After admission student can directly get their ID card from library. On-line purchase order can be generated for library menu. Issue Register, Membership Register, Reservation Register, Fine Register & Binding Register & Purchase Summary Reports are available at your finger tips. All types of report like Accession No. Wise, Author Wise, Budget Wise, Department Wise, Subject Wise etc. are available
Hostel Module: Hostel module will help to reduce complexity in hostels management while allotting room and transferring students from & within room. It also maintains financial record of hostel transactions. This module helps to maintain proper track of all hostels in a campus. Using transaction menu, rector can prepare admission receipt & allot room to the hosteller. Hosteller can be admitted with full or partly payment option of fee. Rector can maintain attendance, leave records of students. Any hosteller can change his/her room at any time. It helps you to prepare total history of hosteller. It also maintains all financial records & delivers total financial summarized record of a hosteller.
Account Module: Predefined Account Heads with systematic Group Analysis, User definable account head generation , all type of receipt & payment voucher, Single entry system, Balance sheet Trail Balance , Cash book, Day book, Bank recompilation, Income & Expenditure account, Receipt and payment account etc.
